Digital Workforce Services Plc announces changes in the Management Team to support the updated strategy. The changes are effective on 15 January 2025.

Mikko Lampi M.Sc. (Eng.) has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) and member of the Management Team. Mikko Lampi succeeds Tuomo Sievilä, who has decided to leave his position as Head of Customer Operations and member of the Management Team to continue his career outside Digital Workforce.

Mikko has 20 years of experience in the IT industry in various management positions, including at Innofactor and Basware. In his previous position, he was responsible for Basware Plc’s professional services business and organization globally. In his new role, Mikko will be responsible for developing and managing Digital Workforce’s services business.

The company will also clarify the roles of sales and customer responsibilities in the Nordic countries. Juha Nieminen, previously Head of Sales in Finland, will move to a new role as Head of Healthcare, Nordics, and Stefan Meller, who was responsible for sales in Scandinavia, will take on responsibility for large enterprises and public sector business (Head of Enterprise and Public Customers, Nordics). Both Juha and Stefan will remain in the company’s management team.
